Current build:
This dashboard uses nested menus and a folder-based framework. Every referenced caye/site is treated as real. Missing data are marked as pending for that category. The four current categories are Coral Health, Seagrasses, Bathymetry, and OrthoMosaic Drone Imagery.
Loaded Data by Category
Caye Folder Status
Current module: Coral Health / Coral Reef Health.
Coral is an intensive category with multiple files and sub-analyses per caye.
Coral data framework
The app reads Coral Health folders by caye, detects each coral report type, appends matching CSVs, and builds summaries for health, bleaching, mortality, disease, and species composition.
Caye Health Comparison
Bleaching Rate Comparison
Species composition is derived from the Health Summary CSVs and can be filtered across all loaded cayes or by an individual species code.
Disease Infestation Table
Coral Source Transect Records
These records come from Coral Health_Swimming_Bar_Transect files. They are shown as audit/source-level records and are not used to double-count the summary metrics.
Current module: Seagrasses.
Seagrasses are currently a one-file-per-caye/upload-date category. The app reads quadrat-level records and summarizes species cover, algae cover, epiphyte density, and sediment.

All Seagrass Quadrat Records
Current module: Bathymetry.
Bathymetry reads corrected GPS point CSV files where available. The corrected file version is treated as the appropriate current bathymetry dataset.
Bathymetry contour disclaimer.
Blue circles are field-collected GPS depth points and are the source of truth. Contour lines, when enabled, are piecewise linear interpolated estimates generated from the displayed Depth_Model values, computed separately by caye so contours do not bridge islands. The contours do not modify the original field data, should not be used for navigation, and may contain artifacts where point coverage is sparse.
Bathymetry map overlays
Contours use the optional interp package. If it is not installed, measured GPS points still display normally.

Bathymetry contour disclaimer.
Blue circles are field-collected GPS depth points and are the source of truth. Contour lines, when enabled, are piecewise linear interpolated estimates generated only from this selected caye's displayed Depth_Model values. The contours do not modify the original field data, should not be used for navigation, and may contain artifacts where point coverage is sparse.

Current module: OrthoMosaic Drone Imagery.
The app scans TIFF files from the OrthoMosaic folder, documents each original file, and displays preview JPGs when they exist. Auto-conversion is OFF by default because these TIFFs are very large. Click a marker on the map below to jump to the Caye Viewer.
OrthoMosaic Files by Caye
Preview Conversion Status
Selected Caye OrthoMosaic Files
All OrthoMosaic TIFF Files
This table documents the original TIFF file name, original file path, detected caye, image date/upload period, file size, preview file, and preview conversion status.
Folder Status by Category
Every referenced caye/site is treated as real. Status indicates whether data are loaded, pending inside an existing folder, or referenced/pending setup for that category.

Read Diagnostics
This table proves what the app can see and read: file name, rows, columns, read status, and detected column names. OrthoMosaic rows are inventory-only (TIFFs are not parsed as tables). Use this first if a category is not appearing correctly.
